The new brainchild by Henrik Fisker seems to feature plenty of lightweight carbon components, butterfly doors and electric powertrain, not to mention electrochromic glass on the top. Dubbed the EMotion, this all-electric car is expected to be completely autonomous, with a 400 miles range promised. Could it beat Tesla Model S on the market?

The latest Fisker’s research, graphene battery technology, wouldn’t be utilized for the forthcoming pure-electric car, though. The Emotion will reportedly use newly-patented hybrid “Ultra-Cherger” supercapacitors with standard lithium-ion cells, to provide the full power for the vehicle’s ambitious 400 range on a single charge, with a top speed of 161mph. All necessary self-driving technology like LIDAR sensors or cameras included.
